Physiotherapist with passion
Sport and exercise have been with me since I was a child. I realized early on how closely physical activity is linked to health and well-being. This enthusiasm led me to delve deeply into the topics of physiotherapy, sport and health - and it is precisely this knowledge that I would like to share with you.
My path to physiotherapy - knowledge meets passion
After high school, I began my first degree in "Sport, Exercise and Health". Here I was able to gain in-depth knowledge about the connections between movement and physical well-being. I was particularly fascinated by how targeted exercise programs and therapeutic measures can improve performance and quality of life.
After completing my Bachelor's degree in 2021, I knew that I wanted to immerse myself even further in physiotherapy and health promotion. That's why I started my training as a physiotherapist at Bern University of Applied Sciences. There I learned to develop individually tailored therapy approaches for pain treatment, rehabilitation and prevention.
My therapeutic approach - individual, holistic and goal-oriented
I am convinced that everyone has the potential to achieve their physical goals - whether after an injury, for chronic complaints or to improve general fitness.
That's why I attach great importance to individual physiotherapy that is tailored precisely to your needs. My aim is to accompany you on your journey through targeted movement therapy, pain therapy and rehabilitation.
Let's work together on your health and fitness!
I look forward to getting to know you and working with you on your mobility, freedom from pain and performance.
