Simone Waser
I'm Simone Waser, and sport has been my passion since kindergarten. Immediately after secondary school, I pursued my enthusiasm for exercise and began my first degree in "Sport, Exercise and Health". There I not only gained valuable knowledge about the connections between exercise and well-being, but also further deepened my fascination for human performance. I completed my first Bachelor's degree in 2021.
Immediately afterwards, I started my training as a physiotherapist at Bern University of Applied Sciences. During this time, I learned how important it is to support people on their path to better health and mobility. It fills me with joy to develop individual therapy approaches that are tailored to the needs of my patients.
I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to achieve their physical goals and lead an active life. My goal is to share my enthusiasm for exercise and health with others and to accompany them on their journey.
I look forward to working with you on your health and fitness!

Livia Ruf
I have been working as a physiotherapist and rehabilitation trainer since 2009.
I am passionate about helping people regain their strength, mobility, and confidence after injuries or surgery. Supporting patients on their journey back to full function and an active lifestyle is what motivates me every day.
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in the rehabilitation and aftercare of a wide range of injuries and surgical procedures. In addition to my physiotherapy qualifications, I furthered my education as a strength and conditioning coach, allowing me to take a holistic approach that goes beyond traditional physiotherapy.
My treatment philosophy combines hands-on therapy with active exercise and training. The goal is not only to support recovery but also to build resilience, improve performance, and help prevent future injuries.
My experience as a medical support professional in elite sports—including handball and street hockey at Switzerland’s top league (NLA) level, as well as with national teams—has shaped my practical, goal-oriented approach and deep understanding of the demands placed on the human body.
Movement is also a central part of my personal life. Whether participating in sports myself or supporting athletes as an enthusiastic spectator, I enjoy being involved and staying active.
I firmly believe that movement is medicine. I look forward to sharing my passion with you and helping you achieve your goals.
